SEASONS AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Fattoria is always open from 1 of April until 1 of November
Included costs: water, electricity, gas, TV and final cleaning. Internet wi-fi connection in the apartments at the farm.
Non-included costs: Air conditioning and heating.
Extra cleaning, extra beds.
- 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation;
- Balance is paid in full upon arrival;
- Domestic pets are more than welcome but there is an additional fee of 50 euro per house/ apartment for the final cleaning;
- Cancellations less than 15 days in advance during High and Very High Season months, will not receive a refund on the deposit;
- Credit cards are not accepted.
